4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 8-oz. pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms 2/3 c. balsamic vinegar ¾ c. water ½ t. thyme 3 cloves garlic, minced
Saute chicken and garlic in skillet sprayed with non-stick spray for 3-4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Serve over brown or wild rice.

Hey this seems to be an excellent recipe to me But i donot know its nutritional values. I mean can you explain what nutrients is this recipe rich in? I suppose it is full of proteins. Apart from this, also post some good other chicken stuffed recipes. Hope you get back to me soon. Thank you.
