Well, I have been working very hard on being able to do holds. The routine round is going to be most difficult for me as I have do not have a dance or gymnastics background. However, I made my first accomplishment today. I did a straddle hold for the first time. I had gotten 10 lb ankle weights for each ankle and would hold them up for 1 minute and repeat for 10 minutes. So no question today, just very excited and feel like I'm making headway! Gaining confidence everyday!!
