I’m currently training for my first fitness competition, which is set for August and located in Illinois. As of right now, I’m about 12 weeks out and could use some resources/advice. Are there any websites or informational sources that provide a chronological timeline, or something similar, for the competition process (e.g., diet changes, training changes, purchases, etc.)?
