Hi,Running, jogging, and playing sports like basketball and soccer are great for improving cardiovascular health and burning fat, but they can be hard on your joints. If you have chronic knee or lower back pain you're better off doing your cardio workouts on an elliptical machine because it follows the movement of your legs without you having to step and put all of your weight on your joints like you do when you do a running or jogging workout.

You really have the potential i think, you can get loads of schedules and eating plans over the web. However, i just want to add up a motivational tip for you lady. Weight losing and muscle building is something that people found very difficult so i would say that NEVER GIVE UP and to be encouarged stock up your home with machines and music for aerobics etc. This is a good way to be motivated towards your goal.
